Our process began with stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis to understand Vertruen’s ethos, differentiators, and target market. This insight formed the foundation of a brand platform centred around ‘confidence through clarity’, and inspired our direction in developing an approachable and authoritative brand with a sense of trust, clarity and confidence.

Logo and Visual Identity

Our design team developed a sleek, modern wordmark logo centralising the company’s name, with clean geometric typography integrating clarity and confidence into the visual identity. The wordmark is paired with a versatile ‘tab’ motif, designed for use as a supporting graphic element to create emphasis in brand applications.

We refined the clients preferred colours into a palette which evokes a vibrant modern style, using high contrast tones to enhance accessibility of content, and curated a complementary suite of imagery with an approachable and authentic feel.

The resulting visual style is a sleek, content-driven formula with subtle yet distinctive character, using structured layouts and a minimalist approach to emphasise clarity and communicate information with efficiency.

Plural designed the information architecture and wrote original, SEO-conscious website copy with a confident yet understated tone, tailored to appeal to directors, C-suite executives, and governance professionals.
