Ryse Construction.

Ryse Construction is a Queensland residential construction company owned by KDL Property Group. Established in 2022, Ryse provides the construction capability within the broader KDL group, working across residential communities and large-scale housing delivery projects throughout South East Queensland.

Its growing portfolio includes detached homes, townhouses, dual occupancy housing and government-supported housing projects, with an experienced team managing projects from design and procurement through to construction and handover.

As Ryse grew in scale and capability, Plural was engaged to strengthen the brand and create a new digital and corporate presence that better reflected the business it had become.

Creating a stronger connection between two growing brands.

Ryse had established its own identity as a construction business, but its rapid growth and increasingly important role within KDL Property Group created an opportunity to reconsider how the brand presented to the market.

The challenge was not to start again.

Plural set out to refine and mature the existing Ryse identity while creating a clearer visual relationship with KDL. The two businesses needed to feel connected as part of the same group while retaining distinct identities and communicating different capabilities.

The refreshed brand then needed to work consistently across a new website, Capability Statement, digital channels and the everyday communications of a growing construction company.

The Plural solution.

Evolving the Ryse brand

Plural refreshed the Ryse Construction brand to create a more sophisticated identity that better reflected the scale and professionalism of the growing business.

An important consideration was its relationship with parent company KDL Property Group.

The refreshed identity brought Ryse more closely into the KDL visual family while maintaining the personality and recognition of the Ryse brand. Logo, typography, colour and broader brand applications were refined to create a more contemporary and cohesive presence across digital and physical touchpoints.

The result is two complementary brands that can stand independently but are clearly connected when presented together.

Creating a new digital presence

Plural wrote, designed and developed a completely new Ryse Construction website to provide the business with a digital presence aligned with its evolving capabilities and ambitions.

The information architecture and content were developed to clearly communicate Ryse’s construction expertise, delivery approach and projects while explaining its place within the broader KDL Property Group.

The visual design brought the refreshed identity to life, supported by project imagery and video content produced by Plural across Ryse construction sites, giving users a stronger sense of the people, activity and scale behind the business.
The result is a contemporary, straightforward website that provides prospective clients, partners and employees with a much clearer understanding of Ryse and its capabilities.

Taking the brand into market

Plural also wrote and designed a new Ryse Construction Capability Statement, translating the positioning and visual approach established through the brand and website into a practical business development tool.

The document brings together the Ryse story, construction capabilities, experience, people and project credentials in a format designed to support new business opportunities and industry relationships. Plural developed all new content for the document as well as its design.

The refreshed identity has also been progressively applied across other Ryse touchpoints and collateral, including digital assets, workplace graphics and other corporate material, creating greater consistency in how the business presents itself.

Building the Ryse profile on LinkedIn

Plural manages Ryse Construction’s ongoing LinkedIn presence, developing content around projects, construction milestones, people, industry involvement, awards and the culture of the business.

The strategy uses the highly visual nature of construction to Ryse’s advantage, combining strong project imagery and video with stories that demonstrate the experience and personality of the team.

LinkedIn also provides Ryse with its own communications platform separate from KDL, while allowing relevant content to be shared between the two businesses when their work intersects.

The results.

Ryse now has a brand and communications platform that better reflects the scale, experience and ambition of the business while establishing a much stronger connection with parent company KDL Property Group.

A more sophisticated brand: The refreshed Ryse identity retains the strength and recognition of the existing brand while creating a more contemporary, professional look and closer visual alignment with KDL.

A complete digital presence: The new website combines clear messaging, contemporary design, project imagery and video to communicate Ryse’s capabilities and provide a strong platform for future growth.

Stronger business development tools: The new Capability Statement gives the Ryse team a professional, brand-aligned resource for presenting its experience, capabilities and project credentials.

A growing industry audience: Ongoing LinkedIn management has more than doubled Ryse’s audience. Regular project, people and construction content has also generated strong engagement.

An integrated group identity: Ryse and KDL retain their own distinct market positions while now presenting as clearly related businesses within the same property development and construction group.
